eeeiii! i read the n00b guide for posting html and followed the directions and the images won't show up. ;_; i just get a little blue square with a white "?" where the piccies should be. and oh yeah...um, hi everyone. *sweatdrop*

hey i'm new, actually i've been with Gendou for a while now, but i just desided to look at the fourm today! I'd like a banner! one of the Saiyuki guys. not to big, just right to fit the immage size. I don't like getting introuble for that sort of thing. |

'kay thanx...erm...hyuga-san? dunno if that's what i'm supposed to call you. ^_^;; anyways, here's what photobucket provides: [IMG]http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j146/gaelicvixen/avatarhell_mydknight_gothy.gif[/IMG] i tried sticking the height="25" in front and at the end, but it didn't work. ;_; /this/ is the one i tried to put in my siggy with the quote: [IMG]http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j146/gaelicvixen/cb_wontlookback.gif[/IMG] again, i tried putting height="100" in both places, but still, no workie.

*has no idea what bbc code is* but looking at what you typed, and what i tried to type -- i made a pitiful attempt at reformatting what photobucket gave me -- i see a vast difference. *sweatdrop* this is what i get for using dreamweaver instead of learning html, i guess. thanx sooo much for the help! ^-^ now vicious-sama is on my wall, my desktop /and/ my siggy. *.* waaaiii!

I have a question,is it possible to edit my own avatar/signature pict? example i have a pict which is 360X480 with 171KB,how should i cut the part i want and type my name on it so it will become an avatar/signature with my name on it??  |

You can use the GIMP, which is what I used for my siggy. I couldn't manipulate my text, however, so I had to do it all by hand...  |

Yup, Aino, it is complicated. However, stick with it, experiment, ask questions, and open other people's stuff to see how they did it, and it should eventually make sense (that's how I learned!) XD Ganbatte~!  |

Here, all done: Just right click, save, upload to your hosting site, and enjoy! Don't forget to add: height="25" align="absmiddle" to the img tag to make it display properly. For example: And yet, she still forgets... *Sigh* |
