| Well there was a lot of blood and flying body parts. I felt the nudity wasn't necessary but I did like the ending because it was so openended. The clues heavily hint it, we all want it, but they don't go as far to confirm it. At least the clock was ticking :) |

i love elfen lied, i saw it in newtype oneday downloaded the fist episode and got hooked. i love gory cute stuff!! |

Well... gore and nudity is optional for me too, but Nyuu is sooooo cute!!!! GO GO power rangers!!! i mean NYUU!!! PS: Play Elfen Lied fighting game; it's really fun  |

| It's probably one of the coolest & most violent anime I've ever seen. Outrageously dark. I love it! The ending was pretty sad in my opinion but I heard the manga continues where the anime stops. |

| Not a big fan of blood but I loved Elfen Lied. The story was good and opening makes me want to learn Latin. |

I loved the anime. Its odd, i have a huge crush on Lucy... theres something about a good looking crazy killer that appeals to me... =P

Elfen Lied is an excellent anime. I'm glad that a lot of people have the same opinion. ...yeah, Lucy is pretty hot.

this anime is sick. I didn't think anyone on this site would be a huge fan of it. I dont like it when the little girl is raped by I think her own parents..how many episodes of this anime are there? I only seen the first 13 but that has gotten me into this anime like crazy. Lucy is my fav. charactor. She's lovely, can kill without physically touching you(sorta?)...damn sure alot of blood though! ALOT of BLOOD! Why is kouta the only male in the house, and attracting all these girls to his house. Who does he really love? Is there going to be a movie, I've herd rumors. The movie would be like 10x's scarier then the regular Anime...overall, LOVE IT!!!

| Well, there's an episode 14, which is set sometime near the end of the series. I don't think there was much gore in that one but it revealed a tiny bit about Lucy's past. |

uhhmm.. it talks about why she doesn't hurt the leader/captain guy/"father" of nana dude. i forget his name. n.... the picture of that girl he has oso... the girl w/ i think brown hair? waving 'hi' or something.. |

Elfen Lied all the way!! =D so much meaning in it and symbolism.. just look beyond the surface and ignore the gory parts if you dont like them and you will realize how tight this anime is.. gotta love lilium as well.. how often can you listen to a decent latin music ^^?  |

I haven't seen it yet but it is definitely on my list I love gory Anime.

Elfen Lied is awesome and one of the few anime that touched on really serious issues. If you've seen it you know what those issues are if not then go watch it. Aside form all the gore and nudity a touching story of rejection, hatred, and the power of true love present themselves in a truly exquisite piece. For those who want more than just comedy and romance give elfen lied a chance.  Japanese girls love Darth Vader...... |
