If you buy them in asian markets, say in Chinatown, they're a bit cheaper, but yeah I get what you're saying. Junk food can be expensive at times, especially in these times. A medium bag of Jerky can cost as much as 9 dollars!

I only ever get to try Pocky at the MCM Expos in London. Thus far I've tried the chocolate, white chocolate, milk, banana, strawberry and kiwi varieties. White chocolate and kiwi are beyond awesome! x3
Insert witty remark here.

wtf? Is it really THAT rare and expensive in the west? I mean, in Indonesia, you can get POCKY from the nearest seven-eleven in your neighborhood. POCKY is like, a staple snack for everyone there You can buy it for about US$1 or even 50 cents, depending on the store and the POCKY flavor. Usually a single pack of basic flavors (choco, strawberry, milk/vanilla, banana) POCKY costs around 50 cents (USD). The exotic flavors (green tea, caramel, sweet lemon, etc.) and other brands (dark choco men's pocky or the thicker FRAN) costs around US$1 and is available for limited time only, before they change its flavor (kind of, like, flavor of the month) anyway, green tea ftw :D |

I love pocky!!! But the only kinds near me are chocolate and strawberry. I bought a blueberry flavored at a convention in March and it was delicious. |

POCKY RULES!!! >w< But, whenever I buy pocky from the stores here, the chocolate pocky tastes different from the ones from Japan. They don't use the same chocolate. T~T

I tried the milk coffee pocky recently and it was good I was reading the box it said made in Singapore and my strawberry pocky is from Indonesia? I think japan makes it in other countries to make profit. How do u feel when u read your ps3 box and it says made in china? Indonesia boy feels he's special getting pocky for a dollar fifty... I bet the pocky factory is in his town also... But we get it for 3 bucks cause import tax and shipping fee. When's the last item u saw that actually said made in japan? For me it was when I bought pepsi shiso. And pocky kiwi and white is yummy to me too!!! It's strange but yummy. |

Oh I love the Strawberry!! I only get it occasionally though so I wouldn't say that I'm addicted to it. My friend really is addicted to it and usually ends up stealing it. I don't usually mind but when she stole my hello-kitty pocky I did get a little up set :3 ![]() |

Gosh! I really like Pocky a lot, but I don't eat them very often. I haven't eaten one for a while since then, but I have Strawberry Pocky at home now. |
