| Whenever I am gonna download a song, the speed decreases into only 2kbps or sometimes none? Is it because of the ISP or website? |

If you are using any download accelerators, that would stop it. Otherwise, maybe your connection is just bad perhaps?  |

| It's not my connection that has a problem, I can download anything just fine except from here. I also don't have any download manager. I was able to download songs just fine last time. Loading the website is also very slow. |

| UPDATE: The is already signs of download speed but it is wavering between 7kbps to 3 kbps |

I've tested through here and tried Database, and seems to be speed at 140kbps+. Not sure if it's either the ISP problems (not that your ISP was slow or something, perhaps some internal problems with certain sites), given there's a report of undersea cable systems in the Asia Pacific (if you came from Asia, esp. SEA) is repairing.  |
