Damn, I could follow E3 on Monday, but I'll be busy doing my final projects still, but I'll just keep the TV on and try to not totally get distracted with that and the radio. I could follow a bit of Nintendo, if I'm not working on any other finals due for Wednesday on Tuesday morning, but I'll barely be able to follow Sony cause I have class at 1230 Tuesday. I'll catch everything online anyways. Good luck Sony! A bunch of stuff I'm looking forward to hearing about, including games for the Fall/late Summer! ------- |

I'm interested in Project Natal, but I'm also looking forward to what Sony has to show off this year so I'll mostly like watching the whole thing |

@Haseo NamcoBandai doesn't have their own keynote, but they'll probably be showcasing their stuff throughout the course of the 14-17 period. And I wouldn't be surprised if some of their work showed up in any of the Big Three's keynotes. I really want to hear about the 3DS and the new Zelda ;w; If we're lucky there'll be Pikmin 3, and if we're really lucky, a new Starfox :D I can't wait for Sony's keynote as well, with news on LBP and Infamous2, as well as Last Guardian. I'll follow Microsoft's out of curiosity, and I really want to be blown away by Natal. |

Yea I looke at the official site and saw that they're just going to have a room. Damn, I wish they did cause that way it would be easier to fin out about the Tales of Graced and ToVPS3 NA releases if there is goin to be any. |
Re: E3 2010

I think it was mentioned that it won't be called "Natal" anymore since it was a project name. Wonder what they would name it. Kneel Before the Great and Benevolent Cow! |

Oh f#ck, I forgot, three hour time zone so it's all different, so I won't be able to follow Sony Tuesday, but I'll check out the results Wednesday cause it looks like I'll be doing an all nighter tomorrow and possibly Wednesday night as well. And yeah I don't care about Microsoft. President of Sony America said there's some big news coming this year. Of course I'm going to hope for a confirmation or something similar with Team Ico and of course Narutimate Shippuuden Storm 2. ------- |

Kinect was very nice in my opinion :D Metal Gear Rising : Don't know if it's multi-platform or just for the X-Box 360 D: |
Re: E3 2010

MG Rising will be multi-platform. It was announced as such in the previous E3. So far, the MS conference is a ho-hum event and Kinect is not really impressing me at all. It's a voice activated eye toy in my opinion. Until it brings out any title that would impress me. I'll still be bored with this conference. Kneel Before the Great and Benevolent Cow! |

I agree with Lu Bu, it's rather boring. Kinect is nice in theory, but it's not that impressive in practice. All Kinect really does is substitute buttons with hand motions and voices, so I fail to see what the big deal is. It's no different than Move or the Wii. |
Re: E3 2010

That's it? Aside from the Dance Central game that gave me a "Ok, that's nice..." response. Wow. They had no impact (aside from the free 360 systems) I think people were barely or even trying to be impressed with the games. Even that AI (O believe it was "Milo") isn't shown nor mentioned. And that ESPN partnership. Please. I see the idea. But I don't think it was the right place for it. Everyone was clearly looking forward to the games. MS didn't deliver. It was the "Same old... Same old..." response. Hell... I can already predict what Sony would do with their conference already. *cough* 3d.. *cough* Come on... Show me something that would blow my head off! So Microsoft has set the bar pretty low. Three quarters of the show devoted to Kinect, gameplay footage for two games announced at last years show (one of which is multi-plat), 1 unknown game (which had no gameplay footage and they spent almost no time talking about), Gears of War 3 (a game announced quite some time ago and for which there are already screenshots of), Fable 3 (see Gears 3) and the 360 Slim version. Sony will probably do their show just like Microsoft, focusing almost all of it on the Wii knockoff. They will also talk about 3D, show more on Killzone 3, Gran Turismo will probably get a Holiday 2010 release date, announcement of Resistance 3, possibly an announcement of a Premium Version of the PSN, hopefully some more Last Guardian news and ideally a Team ICO collection. Nintendo will be all about the 3DS, a little more on the Vitality Sensor, new Zelda Game, Metroid Other M details (maybe, it is close to release), Golden Sun DS, new Mario spin-off title of some sort. I don't expect much from this E3, especially since we're off to such a poor start. |

All they really had to show was Kinect -which they showed most of the confrence- and 360 slim. to another boring year to you at E3 microsoft |
Re: E3 2010

At least some questions were answered. No titles jumped ship to the 360 at the moment. Cross out FF XIV for now. I really didn't like the idea of using Kinect as something for driving sims. I am not even into racing and I am pretty sure people would rather hold their Steering wheels and step on the pedals. Kneel Before the Great and Benevolent Cow! |

I'll be honest, the Kinect makes me more willing to buy a 360 than any of the games that have come out for it in the last 4 years. While it seems many of you don't give a flying fish about Kinect, Move, and the coming of 3D in gaming, I am very excited about the future of every system. I can't wait to see the rest of the keynotes. And Lu Bu, I think you forgot to add that Kingdoms thing to your first post :X |

@Lu Bu - My problem with that whole idea is that even in real life there is a physical object which you hold. When I drive my car, I'm actually holding a wheel, so if I'm playing a game and using a steering wheel peripheral, then I feel more immersed in the game because it feels like I'm actually driving. Imagining that the wheel is there just disconnects the whole experience, because people can't relate to the action. I think it's a silly concept. |
