Hiya! Thanks for starting this thread! This is the first time I've heard one of ONE OK ROCK's songs and I have to say they are pretty good!! :D Will be watching out for them from now on :)   |

New album "Zankyo Reference" will be out on October 5th, 2011. This album was mastered by Ted Jensen at Sterling Sound, NYC with the members. The limited edition comes with the 40-page photobook featuring the member photos in New York shot by one of the Japan's ROCK cameramen Rui Hashimoto. Does anyone know if they ever/will ever tour US? I'm completely clueless how they're NOT popular in the states, I mean for god sakes most of their songs are almost entirely sung in english...

...I FUDGING HATE YOU YAT. Lol just kidding ;3 I really hope after this Asian Tour they consider coming to the US. But...if I'm lucky, maybe I can convince my boyfriend that we should visit his native land of Korea this coming June so we can see his relatives/friends and go to the concert as a plus >:3

lol they record in the US all the time and even shoot music videos there. Their last album was mastered in the states.

Not yet, do they cover a lot of artists? It'd be nice if they were a part of Laruku's tribute album, they could cover their P'Unk~en~Ciel songs because of their style.

L'arc's tribute album is by american artists though, sadly. =w= I have listened to their Nirvana cover, i prefer their cover than the original though xD @BTL : hmm. only been to SCANDAL and going to L'arc~en~ciel end of this month, whihc is the weekend after this. WHEEE EDIT :  |

LET'S BUMP THIS LIKE IT'S GOIN' OUTTA STYLE. WOOOOOO. Already one of my favorite ONE OK ROCK tracks, "The Beginning" will be used for the upcoming live-action Kenshin movie. What gets me for this song would be the lyrics, however, as they've proven to be just amazing. The english lyrics especially are something I absolutely love. The whole meaning behind this song is awesome! I know Yat knows all about it, hehe. ~ :D |
