Honestly, crying makes me feel worse, not better. Everytime after I cried, I felt depressed, and sad to the point of suicide. In hindsight, no. ![]() |

Reminds me of the Ushio/Tomoya scene from Clannad: After Story (ep. 18): Explains my answer. :D |

whenever i cry, it makes me feel better, probably because i am expressing the emotion that i am feeling and that i dont have to hide it anymore. in my opinion, crying does make you feel better. |

i love to cry i used to be a cry baby and that is why i was always the target to be bullied it is a problem to me,because i was too easy to cry..and i screamed when i cried..which was annoying.. so i try to learn not to cry ,at least in front of the people just trying to be tough is not really an easy thing to do because when something triggers, and i start crying, even if it is just a movie plot -.- so it is hard not to let me cry.. and i don't think crying is a bad thing at all but i would just cry , locked in the room and not in front of people |

It depends, because to me crying is not something I'll really do easily. I'll cry when I'm really hurt either physically or emotionally. Since the situation is generally an extreme its not something that will just go away in the morning. Therefore, I never feel any different when I've cried then if I don't. I think the most minor thing I've cried about is a low grade on one of my important Geometry tests, and only because It might keep me from getting into the science and math school for my final two years of high school. That is the only time I can think of that crying made me feel better.

Yes. Crying is an emotional release, usually for sadness but also can be used for anger. An alternative release is exercise (or fighting), which is more common for anger. But the answer is yes, it does make you feel better, it's a natural response, a emotional connection to your physical actions. |

Well, crying helped me when my uncle died. I had initially held it in because I was the rock of family, and they ALL needed me to be tough so that they could cry. I ended up having an emotional breakdown at work and cried for 3 hours straight. Yeah, crying is always preferable to holding it in or lashing out, at least in my opinion.

Agreeing with OmegaOhatts and Kenshin here. Crying is a way through which we are able to release the tension that's built up in our system. A natural reaction. But in Naru's case, the reaction triggers a lingering trail of sadness.

I've forgotten how to cry. I've acted tough for too long and now I have no emotion. It's probably kind of sad, but I wouldn't be able to tell.
