I'm not sure I fully understand but I guess I'll give this a shot. If you mean how it affects our personalities, then I'm nicer, shy-er, and in a way more intelligent.

Ah,just nice.If you ask me,I became more active than before.Also,through ACGs,I can see things in many ways.Some animes does contain some "anti-(insert word here)" messages.Anti-nuke,for instance. |

I am able to watch stuff in super slow mo, cuz I'm used to watching incredibly fast paced flashing animimation (even though I shouldn't cuz I'm epileptic ^_^).  |

Anime makes me more confident, more involved and more relaxed. Anime is my way of shedding my burdens, because I can tell my brain to go take a hike! Also, some anime characters become sort of like friends.  --> |

To a certain extent, anime has made me a little different. Before I became involved in anime and manga, I used to play computer and console games quite a bit, but now, such activites have been replaced by anime-watching, manga-reading and figurine-buying. Lol!  |
