Been trying to use chat. I get this: I send in words and nothing happens. And I doubt it gets into the chat. I can go on Help and I've cleared my cache. I've also reinstalled Java. Help please. sorry for the highlight on the image, lol.
Not really one to post in forums anymore.

Hmm, if you have java installed it should work. How about did you make sure it allow port 8080 to access? and firewall not blocking anything from this site. And try another browser like firefox/googlechrome if you haven't yet? |

I did that on Gendou's recommendation & tried it in Fx, but to no avail. I created the video recording the problem & yet to receive any reply about it. Did Gendou-sama go to a vacation or something? |

Hmmm... I'm at university wi-fi which i don't even know what the heck happened to it... It seems the university wi-fi really hate chat... I don't see any problems entering the site with this university wifi. But when it comes to entering chat... &uarr There... It refused to connect with chat... Any ideas or help??  |

Maybe it's the network's way of saying this part of the site we don't want you going in. Either that or your Java settings conflict the settings of said school's network.  |

I don't think it is a Java problem. It seems like it IS a connection problem. When my connection was buggy, and I would d/c a lot, whenever it would try to reconnect, sometimes it would say Connection Refused like it does there. A few seconds after it says connection refused, a counter should pop up and say "reconnect in..." if not, then it's your connection.

i dont think the network is the problem here, since i could go to every part of this site without problems. Just the chat is not able to connect @haseo : it does trying to reconnect, but nothing works. |

i've not been able to connect to chat since last 24 hours, it keep saying "connection refused" i've clear all those cookies, enable 80 port, install the latest java, and i'm still using my usual network connection, but still couldnt enter. therefore, i need some help over here EDIT RE-EDIT i got "connection refused" again, it looks like i couldnt access gendou through my broadband (which usually i could), instead i could get into chat by using wireless connection.. what is the problem? :/  |
