This is a hard one, I must say.
I'll give you another hint: It's in ASCII.
Also, it's only 7 words long.

Hmm... after multiplying with 2.56 I get loads of numbers...
Is it something with primes.....but there aren't only natural numbers....

the % symbol stands for the modulo operator.

Finally got it after all the hints =)
BTW, since it's ASCII, shouldn't it be % 128 instead, not that it changes much.

ASCII characters are one unsigned byte each, 28 = 256.
Granted, alphabetical characters happen to lie in the lower 128.
