the 3rd hint is very critical. i wouldn't expect anyone to be able to figure it out without thinking carefully about the third hint. EDIT: ok, here's another hint: "COME ON TOSHI COME ON" can be encoded as "C THOYX C.IFOWTDXJPPMRROMDCEMPMDTJEHKIYS OEDQKWB OMRKIEYENVHRWSLKNUDIQT" or "C THOBD C.ITOSPYVFDWMQYOYBDCMIDIXGEKNPOS OENLATP OTEBRUFENBHXNXFHNCQIQM"
