If there's other life out there, we're really embarassing ourselves.
If each mistake being made is a new one, then progress is being made.

We humans only know a bit of the universe...so yeah, there must be some other sort of life out there where we don't even know. Just that, chances that we'll see any is...very low. XD ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I kinda do belive in other life forms existing on other planets like "extra terristrials" because, I have lately been watching some documenteries about aliens and alien abductions, and scientists have capured UFO's and strange things emerging from them. . . Also, people have shared their stories on how they were "Abducted by Aliens" at night. . . But if Science says we have "Extra Terristirals" and if some planets used to have life. . .then there's something out there that we don't know about. . . But I was told by my parents: "Don't always believe what you hear or see on T.V." To be honest. . .I don't really know myself. . . ![]() ![]() |

I'm just gonna say it and be honest about it. I don't think we're really alone after all Space is like Forever right? There could are other life out there waiting to be discover just like a few of us we're expecting to have Visitors from the outside or perhaps other life are too scared to have visitors cus you know we don't know what will happen as like an old saying "expect the unexpected"

Just to be blunt... I'd have to say that there is a VERY LOW chance that we are the only lifeforms that exist in the universe. The universe is infinite which would obviously mean that there exists more celestial bodies than we could possibly hope to count. I highly doubt that only the planet earth is the only only one that is suitable for life. It really depends because the certain specimens (aliens) might only be able to live when it is THIS cold or THAT hot which would mean that our planet might not be able to sustain their life. In fact... They might be watching us right now and we just do not know it or they could be even more primitive than us. It's only a matter of time until our technology continues to evolve more and more until we can travel out far enough into the exosphere to possibly discover other life forms (whether this takes hundreds or thousands of years i wouldn't know). |

In my opinion we are not alone. Considering how many galaxies there are in the universe, it come's out to an endless number of things. But the chances of a planet being positioned like earth, not too far or not too close to a star to either burn up, or freeze is really low. In order for some life to live on a planet that closely resembles us humans would have to be just like earth and have liquid water. But if it's something different than humans, then that changes everything. It depends how they adapt or how they live. But yes, i do think there are other lifeforms out there |

NO. Why would god make the universe this big and only us, makes no sense. |

Another civilization might have already found us, but the ruthlessness of humans may actually scare them off and they may be avoiding us, for fear that we would drive them extinct like how we drove so many animals extinct.

In Philosophy we looked at Design Arguements, some of which could show that are or are not alone in the universe. If you believe that we were created by a creator or designer, then there may be something needed to compare us with to be able to create us. Therefore, we are not be alone in the universe, however that means that somehow the original creation was not compared, causing a problem. If you believe everything was created by chance, then there would be a low possibility that we are not alone in the universe, as the chaos would need to change to order. |
