NOTE: NO PUTFILE! Okay, for those who don't already know about this auditions thing from this thread, I'll explain a small overview at it. Well, it's an "audition" for a band, a michiBAND called "GenROCK". A band that's currently being created with the help of Devils-Angel, Michiyo, and countless other members here on the forum who have lend us a hand in the works from over time. Currently, the band still needs ton of work; bands members to the staff/crew/behind-the-scene workers and indeed, it's already taken some time already. In the end, I hope I will laid everything out, organized everything from information to songs on a single thread, so all members can be interested in checking them out. Well, I'll do my best anyways... XP Now, enough of me blabbering about nonsense, time for the real deal. Well, as I said on the other thread, auditions begin tomorrow. Well, "submitting" songs FOR the auditions are tomorrow, and now I decide to extend the deadline for submitting songs, all the way to Wednesday, April 25th. Please keep this date, somewhere near the back of your mind, because I can't allow to give people any more help, when the real help should be during the auditioning process. Below are the current michiBAND positions:
The FIRST songs to be judged are for the following positions:
Songs must be longer then ONE MINUTE. Songs will be submitted starting today, March 31st, Saturday and until the next Saturday of next week, I hope that there's a bunch of songs to check out, along with the help of some of the judges that I've asked to help me out. Here are the list of the judges who'll be rating, commenting, etc. on your songs (some are left blank for Michiyo/and my own reasons:
Well, that's all for now. More information will be added later if I find some. This post should be upDATED daily since I'm here on Gendou.com a lot, but I'll try my best to keep things up-to-date for the members. Try to set up your post like this. :D
Artist: [insert artist name] URL [to the song]: [insert song link] OH, before I leave, staff/crew members will also be "trying" out (sort of) here as well. Might be less confusing for the "audio" try outs for the band, and much simpler since mostly anyone who wants to do something, might be given that position to them instantly (or close to it), but the same rules apply for the staff/crew members as well. GenROCK STAFF POSTIONS: Currently, as we all know, behind-the-scenes team members will need to submit portfolios of their works as well, in order for the judges to decide. This is, for the reason, that in the near future, we are planning to be able to promote ourselves as one band: a team that was created over the internet, all thanks to gendou.com. It will be our little contribution and an expression of gratitude and appreciation to what this site has done for us. As mentioned above, we will be concentrating on the band members first, but I will now be listing down the official positions for staff/crew/behind-the-scenes members. Note that there are no position limits YET.
Descriptions of the mentioned positions will soon be added. For now, there are no selected judges yet. It is mentionable that LINK is already part of the GRaPHiX DeSiGNeRS team. It is a big possibility that he may be a judge. Allow me to clarify that AUDITIONS OR SUBMISSION OF PORTFOLIOS ARE NOT OPEN YET. We will be concentrating on the the progress of the band member auditions. More details will follow as this thread moves, so please don't forget to check in every now and then. Any post here made without a post, regarding an audition entry, IS NOT PERMITTED! I ask nicely, if you post a comment here about something other then a song entry, please delete it and post it in the GenROCK thread (music section). I think I'm the only one who can post other infomation here that does not need a song, giving out important information about the band, unless it's a mod or someone else. Other then that, you can post your song in the GenROCK thread and for sure, receive comments there but NOT HERE! Thank you. April 10th [Edit]: The only thing you SHOULD post here is the info below, THAT'S [FREAKING] IT!
