Here are 9 encoded lines. every line contains hint on how to read some other line. Each line is a hint to only one other line. There are 9 hints at all, one is not encoded as you can see, that's the one to start from. After you read all nine, you can say, which line is hint to which. i am able to decode 6) but fail to see how it applies workably to any of the remaining clues...
