Bandwith problems?

Ever since the fansubs have been added, there have been some problems I've been encountering with bandwith. I'll come to the site, and I'll get an error message "This site has exceeded its bandwith." Am I the only one with this problem?  My Avatar, |

What is the URL of a page that displays this message? I have not encountered this problem. The anime episodes server is on separate bandwidth from the rest of the site.

It's the main page, gendou.com. This problem occurs mostly between 5pm-8pm CST. Usually outside of that time frame, it's fine. My Avatar, |

This should never happen. If it does, take a screen capture and show it to me. You probably were confused between this and another website.
