I am currently the Bounty Officer the person who gets to hand out the money to who ever brings in the bounties. I don't determine the bounties City Hall does that but I determine if the bounty is legal and what to do with the. Currently there is a bounty on Kotuso and Jomunga in full effect for 1,000,000 gold coins dead or alive.

The bounty on Otaku-killer is not legal it was not intialized by Gendou City Hall and he hasn't caused enough damages to the city yet so his bounty does not stand.

Well currently he has placed a nuke in city hall the alchemist bomb disposal team seems too have disarmed it but the bounty was placed immediantly afterwards.
