[[Thoughts are in italics]] ---------------- Principal: Tomorrow is the orientation day for the freshmen. Please behave yourselves. All students: Yes Principal! Principal: You may go now. [Artes Academy, Hallway] Isaac: So... Tomorrow's the day we're getting some new dudes. Time sure passes really quick... But, I'm one year higher now. I'm getting older. He said these words, despairing a bit after the last line. Isaac held his bag on his right hand, which contained his daily things. His raven perched on his left shoulder as he continued walking down the hallway. Isaac: Well, I guess I should help with the preparations for tomorrow. Isaac looked at his three watches, which weren't really synchronized. He walked without an aim, looking for some people who needed help with the preparations. Isaac continued walking, seeing a group of people together. People that he recognized from his previous year: Gai, Luke and Fuuji-sensei. Many people recognized him due to his mischief during his early to the late freshman days. Isaac: Eh... Do you people need help with the preparations? *Walking up to them slowly, carrying the bag in his right hand* Isaac: I have nothing to do anyways, aside from making sculptures all day. But I guess that wouldn't help with the preparations if the new guys think that the school is an old junkyard Isaac thought, giggling a bit at his own remark in a creepy way. |

See ya later folks. *goes away* Fuuji: So...Gai, I need you to synthesize these items for me. *hands Gai a list* Gai: Sure thing *takes it* ...but this is too much for me alone...*sigh* Luke: Fuuji-sensei, anything we can help you? Gai: Oh hey Luke! Good timing! Help me with the synthesis. Come to my workshop when you're ready. I need to get the ingredients at sensei's room. *goes away* Isaac: Eh... Do you people need help with the preparations? *Walking up to them slowly, carrying the bag in his right hand* Fuuji: So...Luke, go and help Gai. You two help me with the decorations. Student: *shouts from afar* Is this height ok sensei? Fuuji: Noooo! Higher! Fuuji: *turns back to Isacc and Ichijou* Here are the things. Don't mess up. Put them wherever you think is the best. [Hallway] Gai saw Itsohiki sighed and started shouting at Misaki as usual, making a scene in the hallways. Gai: Always like that na...*hurries to the staff hallway* [Fuuji's room] Gai: etto...where are those things...*searches* erm... Gai: Found it! *then leaves*  |

[Somewhere in the world, in Len Rosenkrantz home.] Len: Hmm..maybe I should start planning on what school to enter. Ding Dong!~ Len:Hmm? Who could it be? Coming! (opens door) A man appears at the door. Man: I'm Sakai Fuuji. I'm here to invite you to the Artes Academy Len: Hm? Artes Academy? Fuuji: Yes. You have the talent in alchemy. Len: Alchemy, huh? Fuuji: Here, take this invitation letter. Now I must get going, there's still a lot of letters left to be sent.Bye! *vanishes* Len: Hmm, sounds like fun. Now there is no problem on what school to enter anymore. Maybe I'll read this letter first. (The day after..Len immediately went to the designated place. It took him days to arrived at the place..He arrived a day before the first day of classes) Len: Hmm.. I don't see any school. Well since it's 'alchemy' it must be hidden maybe around here. Let's see if I can find something. Woman: Hello. May I help you? Len: Yeah. I'm looking for a school it's called Artes Academy. Woman: Speak the password. Len: (Oh that was written in the letter..Let's see) Len: Artes Academy, where the talented gather and benefit. Woman: You may enter. You will get your uniform and a place to stay for the night. Len: Alright.*walks in* Len: Hmm. There are a lot of students huh. Interesting. Woman: Here is your uniform, Len Rosenkrantz. Len: Thanks. Len: Hmm, maybe I should just relax.   |

Isaac: Yessir! *Does a casual and playful salute as he placed the things in his bag* Isaac saw the student, desperately trying to place the decorations higher. Isaac: Perhaps I should help him... And with those words said, Isaac took out his Clockwork Raven. He placed his palm on the alchemist's circle at the back of the machine as it started to glow slightly. The machine took a few seconds to respond, moving its mechanical wings a bit before it started to fly towards the student. The raven took the decorations by its beak, flying a bit higher and placing the decoration there. Student: Hey, thanks! Isaac: It's nice to help others... He signaled the Clockwork Raven to come back to him, it obeyed without question as it perched on his right shoulder. Isaac: Now, time for my decorations. *smiles slightly as he started walking off to a random spot.* |

[Symbology Training Grounds] Kenji stood along leaning on the glass window looking out into the school gates. "Our last year here at school,huh?" he said slowly as he closed his eyes. I don't care if it is! Just make sure WE get the Red Staff this year! a voice said menacingly. "Huh...All you care about is power then.." Kenji answered as he looked on a mirror.His reflection however was different. It was smiling and his eyes were replaced by a bring red glow instead of his usual cold blue eyes. Shut up! Don't tell me you don't like power! the reflection said as Kenji stared at it. "Its not that I don't like it..." he said but he didn't finish it and started to make his way towards the school grounds. "Time to greet the newbies,huh?" Kenji said as he put on his coat and left the Symbology room. |

Meanwhile at the beginner's forest's entrance... "I hope I'm not late for the principal's speech..." Sanward says while put some mushroom he just took. "I'm sure you haven't late master!" Yuutsu said while support his master's left leg and change his foot into roller blade. then they "run" through the forest and into Artes Academy's hall... Fiuh... the wind blows, the only one standing there is Sakai Fuuji the one who replaces Sanward in synthesis teaching... "Where have you been?" Sakai ask "I hope I Won't be fired because of this..." "...?" Sakai is a bit confused, he scratches his head a bit when he realize that Sanward has three times in a row; miss the principal's speech, first is when the last summer festival, second when the graduation speech, and now in the orientation... "Ha...ha..., I... guess it will be alright... maybe?" he tries to cheer Sanward up. "Master..." while Sanward only stand on his right foot and Yuutsu at the same place like a carving of a stone.  Wow... Sos brigade's tank won against a gundam...

Just go put it up the stage then. Student: Yes sir. Thanks. *sees Sanward* Fuuji: Where have you been? Sanward: I hope I won't be fired because of this... Fuuji: huh? *confused* hmm *thinks* Fuuji: Oh that...haha it'll be allright. Don't worry about it ok? Even the principal knows your routine *smiles* [staff hallway] Gai: Hope I'm not making Luke wait...better hurry. *hurries* [workshop hallway] Gai: *pant* These things sure are heavy... *enters his workshop* *sees Luke* Gai: Luke! [Lobby] Kenji was walking around when he passed a few sophomore girls standing in the hall way. Aren't those the sophomores that wanted to challenge you to a match? "Heh...I wouldn't even bother casting spells at them to defeat them." Kenji merely said as he proceeded towards the his room. [Hall] Kenji passed two persons in the hall talking a bit about a banner or something. Haha!! They're even doing this for the freshmen?! I can't believe they'd wanna waste time and effort in doing that. the voice said again. "Shut up already...Im getting a head ache here.." Kenji said quietly as he passed by and headed up the stairs. |

Isaac: This looks like a good place to hang it... *Takes out a really long strip of decorative material and places the end of it on the Clockwork Raven's beak* Isaac signaled the raven to fly across the hall, the students not minding him as he held onto the other end of the decoration. The decoration stuck itself on the wall as Isaac and the Clockwork Raven placed it. Isaac: That should be a good first start... *A few decorations later* Isaac: Where should I head off to now? Maybe the workshops. Isaac said these words to himself as the Clockwork Raven perched once again on his shoulders as he started walking to the workshops, exiting out through the nearest door. He whistled a happy tune as he made his way to the workshops, carrying the somewhat light box containing the decorations. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Workshop hallways] Isaac: Now... Isaac repeated the process of hanging the decorative material on the sides of the pretty empty hallways. Continuing the whistling of his happy tune, he hung more and more decorations until the box was half-empty. Isaac: Perhaps I could ask if I could hang some of them inside the workshops. He continued walking down the hall, surprised to see a young lady looking as if she was about to enter. Isaac: ...Gai-senpai's workshop? *Slowly walks closer to Rise, the raven placing itself on the shoulders of Isaac once more* |
